How to activate Google OTP?

1. Log in to your COVEST account.
2. From the upper right menu, go to [UID (Number)]-[Security]

3. Click Unauthenticated in the OTP registration menu.
4. A guide page appears on the right to start activating Google OTP authentication.

5. Download and install the Google Authenticator (OTP) app on your mobile device. It can be found in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
6. Open the mobile app and click the [+] symbol at the bottom right.
7. Scan the QR code using a mobile camera.
If you can't scan, you can manually enter the 16-digit key provided.

8. Save the backup key.

Please make sure to save the 16-digit key. If you are unable to access Google authentication due to changes in your mobile phone device, you can use it to reconnect your account.

9. Activate Google authentication.

When you return to the COVEST log in page, you must enter your login password and Google authentication code.

• Verify that the "Google Authenticator" app is installed.
• Synchronize the time between the cell phone and the computer.
• Make sure the password and OTP code match.
• Verify that the date/time setting of the mobile phone is set to "Automatic".
