COVEST requires users to complete identification to enhance account security. If you have not completed the verification process, complete the identification in KYC certification.
If there is a problem with withdrawal, please refer to the following reasons and solutions.
1. You are accessing your account from multiple IP addresses.
If you access your account from multiple IP addresses, the system considers it "suspicious" and temporarily suspends withdrawal from your account to protect your assets.
Contact the COVEST Customer Center to verify your identity.
2. If ID verification (KYC) is not completed
If the identification is not completed in KYC certification, the withdrawal amount will be limited. Please refer to the withdrawal limit specified in [withdrawal limit].
To increase the withdrawal limit, complete the identity verification (KYC verification) on My Page-Security Certification, or contact the Covest Help Center to provide additional information for verification.
3. If there's a problem with identification
If the information submitted for identification is incomplete, the information must be resubmitted.
For additional inquiries for verification, please contact the COVEST support team.
4. OTP authentication (2FA) is not activated.
Dual authentication (2FA) protects your account with two levels of lockdown to create additional layers of security, such as Google OTP, SMS verification, and email verification.
At least two authentication must be activated to withdraw funds. Follow the instructions in [My Page]- [Security Authentication] to activate 2FA.
