1. Why have my assets not yet been deposited?
Transferring funds from external platforms to Binance includes three steps.
- Withdrawal from external platforms.
- Check the blockchain network.
- COVEST deposits assets into your account.
The withdrawal of assets marked "Complete" or "Success" on a platform that withdraws cryptocurrency means that the transaction has been successfully broadcast on the blockchain network.
However, it may still take time for the specific transaction to be fully confirmed and deposited on a platform that withdraws cryptocurrency.
The amount of "network verification" required varies from blockchain to blockchain.
For example:
- Michael is going to deposit 2 BTC into his Kobest wallet. The first step is to create a transaction to transfer funds from your personal wallet to Covest.
- Michael has to wait for network verification after creating a transaction.
- Funds are temporarily unavailable until the deposit is completed (network verification once).
- If Michael decides to withdraw this fund, he has to wait for two network checks.
The possibility of network congestion can greatly delay transaction processing. In the blockchain explorer, you can check the asset transfer status using the transaction ID (TxID).
- If the transaction has not yet been fully verified on the blockchain network node, please wait a moment and try again later.
- If the transaction has not been confirmed on the blockchain network, but the minimum network confirmation amount specified by our system is reached, please contact the customer center for TxID, coin/token name, deposit amount, and transfer time. Please make sure you have provided the above details so that the customer service representative can help you quickly.
- If the transaction has been confirmed by the blockchain but has not been deposited into the Binance account, please let us know the TxID, token name, deposit amount, and time.
