If asset are withdrawn to the wrong address by mistake, COVEST cannot find the recipient of the asset and cannot provide additional support.
How can I retrieve asset withdrawn to the wrong address?
- If you accidentally sent the asset to the wrong address and know the owner of this address, contact the owner directly.
- If the asset is sent to the wrong address on another platform, contact customer support for help on that platform.
- If you forget to create a withdrawal tag/note, please contact the platform's support team to provide and inquire about the withdrawal TxID.
