If you haven't received an e-mail from COVEST, please follow the following instructions to check your e-mail settings.
1) Did you log in with the email address registered in your Covest account? If an email is logged out from the device, COVEST email may not be displayed.

3) Is the email client or service provider operating normally? Please check your email server settings to see if there are any security conflicts caused by firewall or antivirus software.
4) Is the inbox full of emails? If your inbox is full, you cannot send or receive an email. You need to delete some of the old emails and secure space.
5) If possible, please join the commonly used email domain (e.g., Gmail, Naver, etc.).
