Regarding the KYC changes we announced in our previous announcement

As of 3AM today (UTC), users who have not completed the new KYC will not be able to 

1. cannot open orders
2. deposit will be blocked

All users who have not completed KYC are encouraged to do so by 6AM(UTC).
